Meet Your Instructor!Coach Jayy
Coach Jayy is a certified dance-fitness instructor, community wellness advocate, and senior at Sacramento State University studying Family Studies and Human Development.
She dedicates her time to serving the community through classes, events, and wellness initiatives throughout Sacramento and the Bay Area. As a former foster youth, Coach Jayy has transformed her pain into passion—building a platform that empowers others to find healing and joy through movement.
With her creative vision, engaging instruction, and high-energy event layouts, Coach Jayy brings life, love, and leadership to every space she enters. Whether it’s a corporate event, community class, or special celebration, you’re sure to experience inspiration and impact through Jayy’s UJAM.
